Yes! To both questions!
Sit and watch – We have a spacious tiered upstairs viewing area for spectators to enjoy a bird’s eye view of the gym. We request parent utilize this area by ensuring they don’t distract gymnasts in other areas of the gym. At Pulse we believe it is important parents don’t watch every session, this allows parents to obtain a better appreciation of a gymnast’s progression over time.
Drop and go – If you would prefer to drop and go, this is fine provided we have your emergency contact details and your child is comfortable with you leaving the facility.
Pick up – Gymnasts are to be collected from reception, all gymnasts are to enter and leave through reception. Should parents running late please call to advise (03) 9012 5233 or A/H 0408 321 656
Due to Child Protection laws, we cannot allow you to take photos or videos from in the spectator area. If you wish to take a photo of your child, please speak to reception and we can organise to take you into the gym after their class.
We will do everything possible to include every child regardless of their needs. As every child has unique needs, we would love to have a chat with you to find the most suitable class, coach and the best way to support your child. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
